Calisthenics is an evolutive bodyweight and functional training discipline. Calisthenics offers amazing results, allowing you to lose body fat, build strength and lean muscle while gaining mobility and endurance.

Your company gives us the name and email of each employee that is part of the corporate program. We then assign and send them a log in and password combination. They will be able to change it later if they wish to.

Then every member can take the time to read, browse through the training plans.

• Level 2 - Intermediate
• Level 3 - Advanced

Determine which level they want to start with, and start implementing the day by day, detailed workout plans

Start on day 1 for each level and repeat each workout schedule (from Day 1 to Day 14) 2 to 4 times.

Following this pace looks like what follows:

Level 0 Schedule: 1 month

4 workout days, 3 rest days per week x 4 times.

-> Move on to Level 1: 1 to 3+ Months

12 Day Workout Cycle x 4 to 8+ times

-> Move on to Level 2: 1 to 3+ Months

12 Day Workout Cycle x 4 to 8+ times

-> Move on to Level 3: 1 to 3+ Months

Group sessions are monthly, online 1-hour Q&A sessions with the head-coach. Participants can ask all their questions, share videos, get live advice, feedback and coaching.
