I’m Nicolas, a 44-year-old Parisian, now calling LA home.
I’m 6’1”, 175 pounds, and maintain around 10-12% body fat, year-round.
In 2014, I left behind a career in corporate business consulting to follow my true passion: calisthenics and holistic health.
Since then, I’ve helped over 1,000 people transform their lives through bodyweight fitness—and I’m just getting started.
No gyms, no diets, no counting macros.
I don’t rely on the traditional fitness industry’s traps—like useless gym machines, supplements, or miracle programs.
