I’m Nicolas, a 45-year-old Parisian, now calling LA home.

I’m 6’1”, 175 pounds, and maintain around 10-12% body fat, year-round.

In 2014, I left behind a career in corporate business consulting in Paris, to follow my true passion: calisthenics and holistic health in Los Angeles.

Since then, I’ve helped over 1,000 people transform their lives through bodyweight fitness, and I’m just getting started.

No gyms, no diets, no counting macros.

I don’t rely on the traditional fitness industry’s traps, like useless gym machines, supplements, or miracle programs.

Instead, I’m here to break down the bullsh*t.
