From Fewer Than 5 Pull-Ups to 20 and His First Muscle-Up

Sometimes the fastest way forward is to stop trying to do everything at once.

Jeremy came into our training after doing a lot of endurance work, including triathlons.

He had lost muscle and wanted to rebuild his strength.

He was also dealing with a lower back issue and had always been interested in calisthenics.

When we started, he had fewer than five pull-ups and said his form was not very good.

Then he started training consistently.

Weekly coaching. Regular practice. Technical feedback. A clear goal.

The results followed.

He reached 20 pull-ups with good form within a few months and performed his first muscle-up after approximately six months of training.

Consistency Compounds

This is one of the most important lessons in fitness.

You do not need a perfect week.

You need a repeatable week.
