Dennis already knew how to work hard.
That was never the problem.
He could push himself in the gym. He was comfortable chasing heavier weights and harder sessions. He knew how to grind.
Yet his training had started taking him in the wrong direction.
He described being caught in a cycle of working hard, increasing the weight, and ignoring what he was doing to his body in the process.

Through our coaching, Dennis went from 10 pull-ups in a single set to 25. He also went from being unable to perform a muscle-up to performing as many as five muscle-ups on demand.
