A rusty bench will do!

This short 1 minute circuit is a great way to build bullet proof abs.

  •  Leg kicks
  •  Straddle outs
  •  Hollow body holds
  •  V Ups
  •  Tuck holds

Repeat the circuit 3-5 times to feel an intense burn!
