The Simple Recipe for Success

There are a few secrets that successful people use to live a healthy and wealthy life, despite the ups and downs, no matter what day it is!

Here are my 3 secrets to keep growing and progressing in 2024!

1. Progressively get rid of bad habits

That means, identifying and being aware of your own flaws, then pro-actively finding and implementing solutions to change them overtime.

For example:

  • If you are overeating at night, you can simply re-arrange your schedule around food during the day. That means eating a bigger and more nutritious breakfast, and eating dinner around 6-7pm. It's also important to prioritize fruits (apples, pineapple, berries) for late snacks.
  • If you train regularly and are not seeing muscle gains, make sure your training routine is adapted to your goals and focus on getting enough calories and protein through the day.
  • If you have bad posture or chronic pain, start doing 3-5 minutes of mobility work daily.   

2. Create or be consistent with your current good habits and improve them

Whatever good habit you currently have is an asset for life. So nurture it and improve on it.

For example:

  • If you are a sedentary person, you may have already started to go a daily walk. So now start adding some beginner push ups and some squats after your walk.
  • If you already exercising, stay consistent with it and keep trying to improve your workouts.

Here is how to start creating good habits. Step by step! 

3. Get out of your comfort zone

Our routines are both vital and deadly. So good habits are not enough. They need to be updated too!

The only constant is change and we need to step out of our comfort zone to see any progress.

For example:

  • If you are a gym goer, and already lift weight, then start calisthenics!
    You will see and feel a massive change in your body composition and skills.
  • If you are already going calisthenics, set new goals, new skills and movements to unlock, as well as new records to beat!

This process works the same way for everyone, no matter your level, no matter the discipline or work field, no matter where you start from or where you are now.

Following those guidelines is a lifestyle, it's a devotional process. Don’t do it for the outcome!
